During your studio visit, detailed measurements and posture photos are taken from multiple angles. Shoulder alignment, waist placement, hip balance, and movement are carefully evaluated.

Cheryl helps you select fabrics and colors that align with your role, complexion, and season while ensuring versatility and longevity. We only use the finest quality fabrics that Cheryl curates from prestigious mills around the globe.
Cheryl works with you to put the finishing touches on your custom suit. Together, you’ll finalize design choices from lapels and buttons to linings and stitching. Nothing is overlooked.
It usually takes 4-6 weeks to deliver your custom made suit. Cheryl will be in touch to schedule your fitting. Final adjustments are made to ensure the suit fits, moves, and feels exactly right.

Women’s custom suits start at $1,397 for a two piece made to measure suit. This includes a premium level of fit and customization well beyond what is typically offered in retail stores.
Pricing increases based on three main factors:
The level of hand work in the jacket and trousers
The fabric quality and mill selected
The design details and styling choices you prefer
Handmade suits include additional hand stitching and internal structure, which increases the investment. Bespoke suits represent the highest level of craftsmanship, with each garment built entirely by hand from a pattern created specifically for you.

Made to Measure
A made to measure suit starts from a proven women’s pattern. Your measurements are taken and the pattern is adjusted to your body, then finished with the fabrics and design details you select. This option delivers a sharp, personalized fit with a shorter turnaround time.
Handmade
A handmade suit combines traditional craftsmanship with selective machine support. Increased hand stitching in areas like the collar, lapels, and internal structure improves shape, comfort, and durability beyond standard made to measure.
Bespoke
A bespoke suit is created entirely from scratch. Your pattern is drafted specifically for your body, with multiple fittings to refine fit and balance. Every detail is shaped to your preferences, offering the highest level of customization and craftsmanship.

Most clients choose made to measure or handmade for their balance of fit, customization, and value. Bespoke is best for those seeking a fully original pattern and the most detailed level of craftsmanship.
Most custom suits are ready within four to six weeks from the time your order is placed. Timing can vary based on fabric selection and seasonality, and Cheryl will provide a clear delivery estimate during your appointment.
If your suit is for a wedding or special event, starting the process two to three months in advance allows for a comfortable timeline and final refinements.
The first step is a brief conversation with Cheryl. This call is an opportunity to ask questions, discuss what you are looking for, and make sure Roaring Fashions is the right fit.

After the call, Cheryl will schedule your in studio appointment at the Roaring Fashions studio in East Greenwich, Rhode Island.
Roaring Fashions provides tailoring only for women’s suits purchased through our studio. Alterations are included at no additional cost with your purchase.
We are not a traditional tailor shop. However, if you are an existing client and need adjustments to suits you purchased with us, we can accommodate you.

At Roaring Fashions, women’s suits are built through a highly personalized process. We take 15 plus detailed measurements and evaluate posture, balance, and natural movement to shape the suit to how you stand and move. Cheryl studies shoulder alignment, torso proportions, and how the jacket settles when you are relaxed.
Most larger retailers rely on preset patterns and adjust only a few points such as sleeve length or waist. While this improves fit, it often leaves issues like collar gap, shoulder balance, and overall proportion unresolved.

Roaring Fashions is primarily a men’s clothing studio. At this time, our women’s offerings are focused on custom pieces, including suits, shirts, outerwear, luxury joggers, and trousers.
We do not currently offer women’s ready to wear clothing.
