We want you to love every piece you purchase from Roaring Fashions. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, eligible items may be returned for a refund within 30 calendar days of your purchase. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in the same condition you received them.
Please note: Custom-made garments are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances. Each custom piece is designed and crafted specifically for you, making it truly one of a kind. However, we do ensure the quality of each custom piece meets your expectations. If there are any issues with your custom clothing upon delivery, we will resolve the issues for you.
For readywear clothing that you need to return, once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item. If approved, we’ll initiate a refund to your original method of payment. For credit card payments, please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
If the returned item is damaged, or if your return is initiated after 30 calendar days, a refund will not be issued.

We’re excited to work with you! All new clients start with a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation with Cheryl. During this call, Cheryl will learn more about your style goals and schedule your first in-studio appointment.
At your studio visit, you’ll have the chance to browse both ready-to-wear pieces and custom garment samples. If you decide to move forward with building your wardrobe through Roaring Fashions, Cheryl will take detailed measurements to ensure a perfect fit.
At that time, a $250 deposit is required. This deposit:
Confirms your commitment
Reserves time for personalized wardrobe consulting
Is non-refundable
The full $250 amount will be applied as a credit toward your first invoice. So if your first invoice is $500, we’ll apply the $250 credit and you’ll owe the remaining $250 balance.
The only time that you would “lose” your deposit is if you proceed through the Discovery Call, the first portion of your in-studio appointment where Cheryl will speak with you about your current wardrobe and your style goals, and get measured, but then decide not to work with us.
Cheryl invests several hours with every client to deliver in-depth style guidance and fittings at no extra charge—this deposit helps ensure time is respected on both sides.
If you need to reschedule or cancel your in-studio appointment, we ask that you please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows us to best accommodate all clients and make the most of everyone’s time.
All wardrobe consulting and the initial tailoring of your purchased garments are included at no additional cost. Cheryl is committed to helping you build a wardrobe that fits flawlessly and reflects your personal style.
If you require additional alterations down the line—due to weight changes or new fit preferences—an extra fee will apply. These adjustments will be quoted based on the garment and scope of work.
